COACHING · 1:1 Leadership Coaching

Lead with confidence. Amplify your impact.

As your responsibilities grow, how you lead needs to evolve. The habits that helped you succeed in one role may need to change as more people, decisions, and expectations depend on you.

Rysing Tide provides a thinking partner and practical support for that development. We help you understand what drives you, recognize the patterns shaping your leadership, and build the skills and habits to lead with greater intention.

Make space for the leader you want to become

Leadership can leave little room to step back. You are making decisions, supporting others, and responding to immediate demands while trying to keep the bigger picture in view.

Perhaps you are stepping into a more senior role, finding it difficult to delegate, or preparing for conversations you have been putting off. You may be delivering results while questioning whether the way you work is sustainable.

Coaching creates space to examine these challenges, consider different approaches, and put new ways of leading into practice.

HOW WE HELP

Develop your leadership around what matters

Three connected areas of support

Step into a bigger role

Understand what your next level of responsibility asks of you.

We help you examine where your attention belongs, which decisions need your involvement, and how your contribution changes as your scope expands. This can mean moving from solving every problem yourself to creating the direction, conditions, and support that help others succeed.

Together, we work through the expectations and relationships that come with the role, including how you influence peers, communicate with senior leaders, and build confidence in your judgment.

Build confidence & self-awareness

Get clearer about your purpose, values, strengths, and the impact you want to have.

Our Personal Identity Framework brings these elements together, giving you a reference for decisions and development. We explore when you are at your best, what drains your energy, and which assumptions or habits may be limiting your effectiveness.

Where appropriate and agreed, feedback from colleagues adds perspective on how others experience your leadership. Reflection becomes useful when it helps you make a different choice in a real situation.

Delegate & lead more effectively

Build the habits that help your people take ownership and develop their capabilities.

We work on setting clear expectations, delegating with appropriate authority, checking understanding, and providing useful feedback. You can prepare for a difficult conversation, explore how to respond to tension, or examine why work keeps returning to you.

We also consider how you protect time for important work and maintain your own capacity. The aim is leadership that develops others and remains sustainable for you.

FROM INTENT TO PRACTICE

The Altitude Leadership Program

Altitude offers a structured, 12-week coaching journey that connects personal understanding with leadership capability and practical application.

Grow: understand yourself and your direction

Explore your purpose, values, aspirations, and existing patterns. Develop a Personal Identity Framework and focused intentions that give the work a clear direction.

This phase considers the daily routines and commitments that support the person and leader you want to become.

Learn: expand how you lead

Develop practical approaches to communication, delegation, decision-making, and team leadership.

The Rysing Tide Leadership Agreements provide a shared language for examining everyday choices. Relevant tools and frameworks are selected around your situation, so the learning connects with the responsibilities you actually hold.

Execute: put the learning to work

Apply new approaches to live leadership challenges, reflect on what happens, and adjust with your coach.

You might practice a different way of delegating, prepare for a consequential conversation, or change how you involve others in decisions. The work concludes with a plan for sustaining the habits and development that matter most.

Support shaped around your situation

Alongside Altitude, focused and ongoing coaching can support a particular transition, challenge, or longer-term development goal.

We begin by agreeing on what you want to achieve, how we will work together, and how you will recognize progress. Sessions combine reflection, constructive challenge, practical tools, and commitments to apply between conversations.

You build a clearer understanding of your leadership, a focused development plan, and approaches you can continue using as your responsibilities evolve.

Connect your development with your team

When the opportunity involves how your leadership team works together, Executive & Leadership Team Coaching brings that work into a shared setting. Leadership Development & Training provides structured learning for groups of leaders developing common capabilities.
