In this option, Rysing Tide provides business, brand, and leadership support for a set number of hours a week for a minimum of six months. We execute the business and brand strategy work outlined above and support your entire leadership team. We help you define your north star, build the plan to get there, and teach your leaders how to excel in their roles while building a culture of success.

BRAND STRATEGY PLAYBOOK

This option is all about building your Brand Playbook, which will be a living document you use to guide your entire internal team, influencing your product design, branding, culture, and other significant decisions. Because the Brand Playbook is a deliverable, it comes with a pre-set fee, which can be scaled based on the level of detail you desire or your budget. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

The one-on-one Leadership Development Program can scale depending on the number of executives and leaders involved and the amount of time available to work with each of them. We base the fees on a set hourly rate, with the program running a minimum of three months per leader. The Executive Team Development Program and the Executive Brand Building Programs are customized, so please contact us to discuss.
